In addition to our Theory of Impact (left), we also strive to contribute to sustainable change and "sustained relevancy" for our broader societal public education model. We refer to this as our Theory of Change:
We feel there are observable patterns, driven by exponentially emerging technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Holograms, Virtual & Augmented Reality, High Speed and Global Internet Connectivity) that are, and will continue, to fundamentally disrupt the model and methods in which each and every young person is educated and prepared for life. We also feel, if developed as part of a human-centric design, this technology will dramatically improve each person's educational experience. We also recognize that at the same time, these technologies will also lead to technological unemployment (i.e., robotics & AI that replace human workers) and will fundamentally change, at an exponential pace, how people need to prepare for this dramatically changing landscape... and we feel that learning how to be an entrepreneur is part of that solution.
The data shows that by 2025, technology will connect nearly all of the remaining people on the planet (50%) who do not have access to the internet today. That will be an additional 4-5 billion more people than today. With this global connectivity, at low cost and easy access, it will introduce many new opportunities for how private citizens can contribute to and support our public education system. Specifically, any person on the planet will be able to easily engage (virtually, VC, etc.) with a group of students (one student, or 1,000,000 students) in order to offer and scale their expertise, knowledge, and lessons of life. A "global mentor ecosystem". This capability will be used to support our professional public teachers, as collectively we strive to keep our education and learning - and thus preparing our young people for life - up to speed with the exponential pace of change. Ultimately, the will reshape the role of the public education system.

This is our focus and roadmap for the rest of this year, and the topics we will discover and review. Even though the illustration above is sequential, in reality we will cover this full spectrum of topics concurrently, however the predominant focus will be as listed above during this schedule. The daily "Discovery Sessions" (M-F at 5pm PST) will be the primary means for your learning journey, and during that hour we will have guest mentors, the core team coaches, and our extended network - prominent and world-renowned innovators and professionals, as well as successful young entrepreneurs from your community - contribute to support you in achieving your destiny!
